Description

CS Musician Shell Jacket is made from 20 oz Melton Wool. The collar, sleeve, front, front edge, bottom, back seams, and bolsters of the jacket are trimmed with 3/8 inch tape denoting Branch of Service. The jacket has a 12 button front and a 2 button functional cuff. 2 buttons embellish each side of the standing collar. There are saber belt bolsters (pillows) on the jacket back. Solid trim on the Collar, Cuff, and Bolster denoting Branch of Service is an option. Junior Officer Sleeve Braid is also an option. A decorative front of an additional 24 buttons is available. This shell jacket is available in a variety of wool colors. This jacket is slightly longer than most other Civil War shell jackets as the saber belt is positioned to ride above the bolsters on the back of the jacket.
